Inbound Marketing vs Outbound Marketing – Which Is More Beneficial?

Revloution of internet has changed the way we do marketing today. This new way of marketing is known as ‘Inbound Marketing‘, this is a two way conversational marketing as compared to traditional marketing or a.k.a ‘Outbound Marketing’. People are no logner relying on billboards and TV advertisement, thanks to ‘Inbound Marketing’. People learn and find about brands and products through researching on internet
But one thing always comes into every marketer:Why Inbound Marketing over Traditional Marketing?
Here are some reasons or rather say stats which will answer your question:

1. 44% of direct mail is never opened. That’s a waste of time, postage and paper.

2. 86% of people skip through television commercials.

3. 84% of 25 to 34 year olds have clicked out of a website because of an “irrelevant or intrusive ad.”

4 .The cost per lead in outbound marketing is more than for inbound marketing.
