How dotConverse Helped a Brewupub Regain it’s Reputation

You all would have heard about the Lemp incident. It was a turning point for social media and service industry in India. A well known brewery&pub received a massive public back-lash owing to a guest’s blog write about the alleged poor experience at the property. This blog post became viral and users started writing negative comments and reactions on the brewpub’s facebook page and at a well know restaurant review platform.
