For long this debate about ‘ the RoI from Social Marketing’, has been continuing. And at best, the answers have been subjectivly factual. There is no doubt that it’s an evolving science and hence case studies are limited due to which inferring any conclusions would also be of little use.
It’s time for marketers to collaborate and share knowledge about Social Media Marketing (in the true spirit of Social Networking J), and evolve this form of marketing science.
